We make appointments for you and only you, Please allow at least 24 hours notice before cancelling appointments, this will enable other clients to benefit. High Peak Valeting reserve the right to charge a fee of £10, for appointments that are not kept
Please note: Certain services may not be available in adverse weather conditions. All services must be paid for in full on completion.
Prices quoted will vary depending on the condition of the vehicle or carpets, we will discuss your individual requirements on inspection. Prices will also vary according to location.
Personal Items, please remove all your personal items from the vehicle, High Peak Valeting will not be held responsible for any items that may have been left in the vehicle.
High Peak Valeting is an online shop (and Service) that offers car care, carpet care and other similar products.
All intellectual property of High Peak Valeting such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of High Peak Valeting. By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of High peak Valeting and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.

High Peak Valeting reserves the right to refund any monies received in relation to an order and cancel the order if it believes the order to be fraudulent.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a court under such jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which will continue to have full force and effect.
You can make a complaint in writing, by by e-mail or letter. Please provide your telephone number and your full postal address along with any order or reference number so we may retrieve all details from our records.

We will reply within 3 working days from when we receive your complaint. If it is not possible to give you a full reply within this time - for instance, because a detailed investigation is required - we will give you an interim response, telling you what is being done to deal with your complaint, when you can expect the full reply and from whom. That full reply will include details of who to contact next if you believe your complaint has not been dealt with properly. This Complaints Procedure does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us. Except where the Customer is dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, section 12) all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or conditions of the goods whether implied by Statute, Common Law or otherwise are excluded and the Customer warrants that the Customer is satisfied as to the Suitability of the Goods for the Customer's purpose Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or is charged at an incorrect price due to an error on the website, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure all images and specifications are correct at the time of publication, they do vary. As such we can accept no responsibility for incorrect images/information. If however you spot a mistake with any image or product specification please let us know.
You should contact High Peak Valeting immediately to discuss any faulty items you may have received, and where appropriate we will arrange for collection of the goods and replacements to be delivered.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any purchased items within 7 working days after receipt of the goods for a refund. We ask that you return them with the original packaging and you will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. Having taken reasonable care of the goods they should arrive at High Peak Valeting fully intact and in "as new" condition.
If for any reason you are issued with a refund, please note the following:
All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order. When a refund is processed, you will receive an email notification. A refund will usually reach your credit card account within 4 working days after being processed, although please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited. We do however reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return.
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch for no fee. Orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as non-faulty items above.
